Spirit Resourcing Group is a recruitment consultancy for the FMCG community, with an emphasis on the Food and Drink sector. After we completed a successful rebrand for them, we were asked to refresh their website in line with the new branding whilst also improving the UX. It was key that when a user landed on the website, they knew straight away it was a recruitment consultancy and they could quickly engage with the jobs.

Early UX Sketches
We looked at what was good with their old site and decided to concentrate on their job board to bring a more central focus to the job offerings. We researched lots of other job boards across many sites and observed that a prominent job search bar was key.

To really "wow" visitors, we made an animation out of the new logo that appears on entering the site, though at the same time ensuring the Job board stands out to immediately capture the users attention.

One of the key features of the site is the ‘drag and drop’ CV area that gives the user the ability to drag their CV from a folder on their desktop in to the area on the site which is sent straight on to Spirit's mailbox, revealing an animation of the spirit logo with the % upload.

The website refresh fits with Spirit's new brand identity, delivering a stylish no-nonsense website with a clear focus on driving job applicant conversions.
